These Terms and Conditions explain how Account Recovery Expert provides information and remote guidance for account recovery. By contacting us or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services we provide

We provide educational information and remote guidance for account recovery topics such as email address recovery, Facebook recovery, Instagram recovery and TikTok recovery. We help clients understand and use official recovery options offered by the relevant platform.

We do not hack accounts, bypass security systems, impersonate account owners, contact platforms as if we were the account owner, or guarantee that an account will be recovered.

No password or code requests

We never ask clients to send us passwords, two-factor authentication codes, backup codes, recovery phrases, payment-card details, banking details or active login sessions. During remote guidance, the client performs the actions on their own device and remains in control.

Remote access guidance

If free information is not enough, a client may request remote guidance. Remote guidance is used only to explain what to click, what official form to use, and what information the client may need to prepare. The client must not give us direct account ownership or private credentials.

Our remote guidance session price is 29.95 USD per 30 minutes. The minimum session is 30 minutes.

Scheduling and response time

After a client contacts us, it may take 2 to 3 days to reply, review the request and schedule the 30-minute remote guidance session. Actual timing may depend on workload, availability, time zones and the complexity of the request.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store payment-card numbers, CVV codes or full banking details on our website. The payment provider may collect and process payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, using only accounts they own or are legally authorized to recover, following platform rules, and not sending sensitive credentials to us. We may refuse requests that appear illegal, unsafe, abusive or outside official platform recovery procedures.

No guarantee

Account recovery is not guaranteed. The final decision belongs to the platform provider, such as Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or another service provider.
