Remote guidance

During remote guidance, you remain in control of your device and account. We explain the official recovery steps, but you complete the process yourself. We do not store your platform passwords or authentication codes.

Scheduling timeline

After you contact us, it may take 2 to 3 days to reply and schedule a 30-minute session, depending on availability and workload.

Payments and card information

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store credit-card numbers, debit-card numbers, CVV codes or full banking information on this website. The payment provider processes payment information under its own privacy policy and security practices.
